• Whilst every care is taken to ensure safety, dogs and children remain the owner’s responsibility at all times whilst on the premises
  • Cancelations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged full fee
  • It may not be possible to swim late arrivals but the full fee will still apply
  • If you arrive early please call first before making your way to the pool to ensure the safe entry and exit of other users
  • Whilst on the premises we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or property
  • Encourage your dog to eliminate before swimming
  • Ensure your dog is clean and long-haired dogs are groomed before arrival
  • Dogs must be kept on the lead around the property at all times
  • NEVER COME INTO THE POOL ROOM WHEN IN USE
  • The cautions and contraindications have been read and understood
  • The “Before You Arrive” has been read and understood
  • Our facilities are designed for the use of dogs but members of their family and carers are welcome to use them too!
  • Some surfaces in and around the pool become slippery when wet so please wear non-slip shoes at all times in and out of the water
  • Appropriate clothing must be worn, wet dogs shake!

It is vital that you inform us in the first instance should your dog’s condition worsen or suffer any adverse effects from their hydrotherapy or swimming session and include your vet into any correspondence.
